Apobetic Business Systems LLC is a consulting and real estate investment company, based out of Columbus, Ohio.
We purchase single family residences and either hold them in a portfolio or turn around and sell them for a quick profit, depending on the particular property. Along with restoring properties, we've also worked with Wholesaling, Lease Options, Section 8, Landlording, Short Sales and Pre-Foreclosures, among other real estate investment strategies.
We have the experience and knowledge to earn consistent profits. Our founder has spent over 20 years in the insurance and restoration industry, as an agent, adjuster, contractor and building science thermographer. He's been involved with over 1,000 home restoration projects and serves as a consultant to the fire and water restoration industry. In addition, he has served on the Board of the Columbus Investors Real Estate Network and as faculty with the Columbus Real Estate Investors Association. He also teaches continuing education courses for insurance agents, through the state of Ohio, in Mold Remediation, Smoke and Odor, Water Damage Mitigation and Ethics.
